**As **a Latin America Nexus Controls Aftermarket Leader**, you will be responsible for**:
- Facilitating order management - process order intake, input into internal systems. Connect to customer portals and systems. Support forecasting, billing and collection activities.
- Ensuring the LATAM meets or exceeds its Aftermarket profitability goals set by the business.
- Providing excellent customer service for customers, both internal and external.
- Building close relationships with customers and internal teams to gain their trust. Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining auditable data records for internal and external audits.
- Designing and implementing the supply chain and logistics strategy for NC Aftermarket for LATAM together with Supply Chain.
- Designing and implement the Parts Commercial Strategy for key customers in LATAM (Proactive Parts Strategy) together with Sales.
- Upsell on current project execution with ongoing projects.
- Connecting with Services HQ to regionalize SSA´s and training global strategy.
- Designing a long-term revenue plan targeting recurrent revenue type of contracts.
- Ensuring fulfilling of current aftermarket backlog according to the company´s KPIs, direct management of team in charge of it.
- Being the key contact for customer inquiries, customer complaint (issue) resolution process.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college.
- Demonstrate experience in orders growth strategies.
- Understanding of Supply Chain KPI´s, Fulfilling Strategies & Knowledge of logistics.
- Demonstrate financial acumen.
- Be able to work with managing multiple customers across the region.
- Be able to work in a cross-functional cross-country team environment.
- Ability to manage self and tasks in an appropriate manner.
- Demonstrate good organizational and administrative skills.
- Portuguese or Spanish and English (fluency in oral and writing).
**Desired Characteristics**
- Familiar with SAP or other ERP systems preferred.
- Knowledge of Woodward/GE/Baker Hughes turbine control products & repair services.
- Knowledge of financial concepts and terminology.
- A calm and analytical approach to problem solving and process improvements.
- Ability to interact in an effective manner with all levels within the organization.
- Business acumen, knowledge of P&L management and financial KPI´s.
- Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills and ability to influence other.
- Demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
