Contribuir para o reporte ao gerente de manutenção de turbomáquinas, incluindo atividades críticas do local, monitoramento de desempenho e progresso do programa de trabalho versus plano de projetos de atualização e revisão; Responsável por liderar o desenvolvimento e melhoria contínua da filosofia de Manutenção, com o objetivo de garantir a integridade dos equipamentos rotativos e a capacidade de produção ao longo do ciclo de vida dos ativos; Apoiar tecnicamente a área de operações para manutenção e avaliação de desempenho dos principais equipamentos de turbomáquinas de plataformas como turbinas a gás, compressores de gás e auxiliares do pacote; Responsável por garantir a implementação consistente dos Procedimentos de Operação, Treinamento e Manutenção das turbomáquinas das plataformas; Responsável pela interface com os fabricantes dos principais equipamentos das plataformas; Suporte técnico aos compradores em relação a cotações, especificações e possíveis fornecedores para as principais atividades relacionadas a equipamentos e manutenção em geral; Garantir a qualidade da revisão dos equipamentos nos fornecedores através de visitas às oficinas durante a fase de reparação, bem como poder testemunhar testes de desempenho e aceitação no local da oficina; Elaborar descrição técnica para contratação de serviços ou compra de materiais/equipamentos relacionados às atividades de manutenção; Desenvolver relacionamentos positivos e construtivos com empreiteiros e fornecedores. Identificar oportunidades para melhorar o desempenho do contratante/fornecedor, reduzir custos e melhorar a qualidade dos serviços/produtos fornecidos; Preparar escopos de trabalho e gerenciar modificações simples garantindo que sejam corretamente projetadas, documentadas e relatadas e que todas as atividades/modificações de manutenção sejam implementadas de acordo com padrões e regulamentos e corretamente encerradas dentro do cronograma e orçamento; Analisar e definir a melhor estratégia de manutenção; Modelo de trabalho híbrido. Perfil desejado
Licenciatura. em Engenharia Mecânica; Mestrado em Engenharia de Campo é uma vantagem; Fluência em inglês (diferencial); Bons conhecimentos de métodos de manutenção (RCM, nomeadamente monitorização de máquinas) e CMMS (SAP) e Gestão de Estoques; Experiência comprovada em turbomáquinas; SAP é um diferencial; Experiência em campo e depois em terra; Perfil técnico; Boas habilidades de organização; Perfil flexível com capacidade multidisciplinar.
