**Manufacturing and Global Procurement> COO LAT>Direct Material Procurement LAT**
You will work within the Global Procurement team, covering Towers Category for LATAM. We pride ourselves on treating each other with respect, providing support and staying focused, committed, and motivated. You will be reporting to the Head of Direct Materials in Vestas.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and guide the Towers supplier base in LATAM.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders: Sales teams, Construction Project Managers, Supply Chain, SQD.
- Develop global procurement commodity strategy and ensure implementation in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Take full procurement responsibility to coordinate projects and ensure operational performance and quality performance.
- Work closely with the Matrix Regional organization on the Strategy Execution.
**Qualifications**
- 7+ years of experience working in international companies in a similar position.
- High-level experience with stakeholder management.
- Experience in wind power industry, especially within Towers Category, is desired.
- Fluent English essential, knowledge of Spanish language
**Competencies**
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize, work in ever-growing environment and able to quickly adapt to new/changing situations.
