
Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the B2B marketing strategy and brand positioning efforts. This role will oversee the development, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen brand identity, drive customer engagement, and generate measurable business growth. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in B2B marketing, brand management, and communications, with proven success in managing multi-channel strategies that resonate with target audiences and support organizational goals.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute brand strategy to ensure a consistent and compelling corporate identity across all touchpoints.
- Lead the planning and implementation of B2B marketing campaigns, including digital, content, email, social, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction to ensure alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Partner with sales, product, and executive teams to create go-to-market strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Manage marketing analytics, KPIs, and reporting to measure campaign performance and ROI, and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Supervise the creation of high-quality marketing content including case studies, whitepapers, presentations, and digital assets that support business development.
- Ensure brand consistency in all internal and external communications, marketing materials, and digital channels.
- Monitor competitive landscape, market dynamics, and emerging trends to inform strategies and maintain brand differentiation.
- Build and manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and media partners to support marketing initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop members of the marketing team to foster growth, collaboration, and creativity.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience with a focus on B2B brand and marketing management.
- Strong track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Proven experience managing brand identity, corporate communications, and multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to oversee multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and digital marketing best practices.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
