Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled professional to manage service center operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and implement continuous improvement activities for engine service and channel development in Brazil and Guyana. Manage a team of service staff and supervisors; Resolve complex business problems through effective decision-making and strategic thinking; Lead process improvements by analyzing current workflows and implementing new strategies; Develop local services and accessories networks by building relationships with key partners and stakeholders; Maintain strong relationships with main customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction; Research competitive products to identify areas for improvement; Analyze failures and propose improvements to increase efficiency and productivity; Assist with projects as needed, providing support and guidance to team members; Transfer knowledge and coach technicians to enhance their skills and abilities; Select partners and promote boutique service stations to expand the company's reach; Gather market information and make or update service policies to stay ahead of the competition; Provide technical support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner. Requirements Bachelor degree in Engineering or Mechanic is required; At least 5 years of experience in Diesel Engine Market is necessary; Fluency in English is essential for effective communication and collaboration.
