Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Oracle RPAS solutions to streamline and enhance retail operations.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable, efficient retail planning systems.
• Ensure that retail planning and forecasting align with the company’s growth and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Maintain and update Oracle Retail systems to meet evolving business needs, ensuring smooth system integration.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues related to RPAS modules.
• Continuously identify opportunities for system improvements and optimisation to drive business performance.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Proven experience as an Oracle Retail Specialist, specifically with RPAS (Retail Predictive Application Server).
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, planning, and forecasting.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in Portuguese (mandatory requirement).
