About Doozy:
We are a company operating OTT applications, streaming, acquisition and distribution of content. Our aim is to make content acquisition easy and accessible for our clients in Latin America, providing a varied and high-quality offer of linear and VOD content that allows our clients to strengthen their offer for their final users. We also operate OTT applications and carry out marketing, aimed at the end customer.
We are looking for a talented and motivated professional to add and execute our marketing strategy, contributing to the continuous growth of our brand.
What will it be like day by day:
• Plan, execute and optimize content strategies for social networks, aligned with brand objectives, our products and public behavior;
• Manage the editorial calendar, guaranteeing consistency and relevance in publications, in line with our branding directors;
• Create briefings and accompany the development of creative materials with partners, influencers, groups and the rest of the time;
• Extreme attention to the contents used, respecting the brand guides of our partners and author's rights;
• Identify market trends and opportunities to position the brand as a reference in the segment;
• Accompany external movements and provide action planes for the channels;
• Generate weekly analytical reports on the performance of social networks, presenting insights and recommendations for continuous optimization during the planning time;
• Occasionally provide in-person coverage of sponsored events and fairs held throughout the country;
• Make video content recordings for multiple company channels.
What we expect from you:
• Higher education in Social Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism or related areas.
• Advanced knowledge in engaging and organic audience growth on the main platforms: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube.
• Advance English.
• Skill in planning and executing social media strategies with a focus on results and company OKRs.
• Ability to analyze metrics and generate reports through the use of tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and similar.
• Experience with creative creation of content for different formats (short videos, videos, lives, etc.);
• Excellent written and verbal communication with skills in storytelling, copywriting and application of brand voice tom.
• Organization, non-customer focus, innovation, adaptability. Have initiative, excellent work ethic, excellent judgment, attention to detail and positive customer service attitude.
• Ability to translate technical features and benefit statements into integrated value-based marketing communication programs.
• Experience in recipe management and growth strategies through social networks
