Associate Developer – eXpert Team – ADP Join us in shaping next‑generation HCM solutions for millions worldwide. This role blends scalable Java backend development with mentorship of junior developers. Seniority level: Not Applicable Employment type: Other Job function: Engineering and Information Technology • Industries: Human Resources Services Responsibilities Collaborate with clients, product managers, architects and engineers to define, design, develop, test and implement IT solutions aligned with business objectives. Contribute to all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) – requirements, design, coding, packaging, test, configuration and deployment. Work on new features, enhancements and defect resolution for web, mobile and IoT applications. Develop and review functional, maintainable and scalable code in an object‑oriented manner. Participate in an Agile environment with continuous development, deployment and testing. Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing. Act as a secure and reliable partner in projects involving confidential client information. Qualifications College or university degree, or equivalent work experience in software development. Strong Java programming skills. Experience in Agile development and rapid change adaptation. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
