Sap Systems Integration Specialist

Job Title SAP Integration Lead Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Integration Lead to lead integration processes across all levels of our client's environment, in contact with stakeholders and also with outside partners. The ideal candidate would have a strong technical background in SAP SD; SAP ABAP; SAP Order-to-Cash and EDI & Idoc Integration. Key Responsibilities Provide solution architect leadership & strategy development. Lead the technical architect for medium to large projects. Accountable across multiple functional and technical areas with a wide range of complexity. Lead the overall design, including the structure of a segment solution based on requirements from the business, global and regional views, as well as the design of standard software configurations. Build delivery blueprints including application diagrams, physical architecture, process diagrams, systems maps, service interfaces, technical interfaces, data modeling, and integration planning. Translate non‑functional and functional requirements into solution designs, ensuring alignment with business goals and processes, consistent use of enterprise information, effective integration with other applications, and support of a common application environment and user interaction model. Ensure enterprise level security, quality of service and scale. Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to make sure that the solution fits within the enterprise context, while ensuring solutions align with business goals and processes and follow client IT standards and best practices. Participate in the client’s Community of Practice forum with other Solution Architects. Coordinate complex solution architecture implementations while leading design variances based on business needs. Ensure artifacts are documented. Coordinate engagements with internal and external parties related to evaluation, design and delivery of business capabilities. Contribute to the evaluation and selection of software product standards. Participate in industry representation, policy formation, user groups, and strategic direction. Provide coaching and leadership to system software developers through enhancements and projects. Work well with varying levels of business and IT professionals. Communicate technical information in a non‑technical manner to business teams (written and verbal). Understand business requirements and turn them into technical specification solutions. Stay abreast of latest technologies in the functional space and consistently grow knowledge and industry trends. Requirements Deep understanding of SAP SD, SAP ABAP, SAP Order‑to‑Cash and EDI & Idoc Integration. Strong leadership skills with ability to manage cross‑functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience with integration tools and technologies. Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and practices.
