Project Manager Role We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget constraints. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and driving operational excellence across diverse business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines. Ensure adherence to organizational project management methodologies. The Project Manager will also serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and will be responsible for preparing and presenting status reports to internal and external stakeholders. In addition, the successful candidate will identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies, escalate critical issues promptly to leadership, track project budgets, and ensure cost-effective delivery. Maintaining compliance with internal standards and client expectations is also a key responsibility. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field, and PMP certification (or equivalent) is preferred. Key Skills Strong knowledge of project management methodologies. Proficiency in tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
