Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to support the build-out of a greenfield Calypso instance. The primary objective will be to establish a comprehensive approach to defining, setting up, or troubleshooting issues arising from day-to-day activities on this instance.

The successful candidate will develop necessary solutions to Back Office (BO) / Accounting / Operations / Finance requirements, create and deliver assigned projects/tasks, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

In addition, you will manage and establish methodology and best practice for BO/Accounting/Operations/Finance requirements, ensure supporting documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored, and work closely with relevant business and technology stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s).

Your collaboration with key functional or business stakeholders will help achieve clear outcomes/deliverables in relation to the strategic and transformational book of work.

This role also involves acting as a business analyst to help the team gather and write requirements, acceptance criteria, and submit status reports to stakeholders; coordinate and provide updates to steering committees.
