About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled FP&A analyst to join our team. As a senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing financial planning and analysis activities, providing insights to senior management, and supporting investor relations efforts. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, financial modeling expertise, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders effectively.

On a typical day, you will…

1. Review the monthly financial statement.
2. Interact with the investors, being responsible for dealing with their ad hoc analysis.
3. Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate strategic initiatives, investment opportunities, and business performance metrics.
4. Develop and enhance financial measurement reporting tools.
5. Prepare and coordinate internal and monthly reports.
6. Prepare ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making.
7. Measure and analyze the KPIs, interact with other departments to understand the current scenario, and provide this view.
8. Prepare financial viability analysis of new investments.
9. Lead the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans in collaboration with functional teams.
10. Perform variance analysis to assess financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods, identifying key drivers and trends for P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash-Flow.
11. Prepare insightful financial presentations and reports for senior management and the board of directors, highlighting key performance metrics, risks, and opportunities.
12. Support investor relations activities, including preparation of quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, and responding to inquiries from analysts and investors.
13. Drive process improvements and efficiencies in financial planning and analysis processes, leveraging technology and automation tools where appropriate.
14. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to inform financial analysis and decision-making.

What You'll Need To Bring

1. Bachelors in business administration, engineering, economics, accounting or similar.
2. 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or related roles.
3. Knowledge of the main Financial Statements: Balance sheets, P&L and Cash Flow.
4. Experience in Financial Modeling.
5. Fluency in English.
6. Advanced Excel skills.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear and concise messages for diverse audiences.
8. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
9. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What is nice to have

1. Experience in SaaS Industry.
2. VBA preferred.
3. SQL / Python.
4. Experience with investor relations (preferred).
