OverviewJoin to apply for the Product Manager Freelance role at RGP We are looking for a talented Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our product initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful delivery of high-impact products that meet customer and business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into actionable product solutions. What you will work onDefine and own the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and customer needs. Gather and prioritize product requirements through market research, user feedback, and stakeholder input. Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, and business teams to deliver high-quality products on time. Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. Drive the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring successful adoption and impact. Manage Local Delivery team, provide analytical and strategic support, act as an analyst when needed and facilitate/ translate communications with US team. What you will bring6 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of product development processes, Agile methodologies, and UX principles. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across multiple teams. Experience with data analysis tools and metrics-driven product management.
