The company is looking for a Senior Technical Writer to join our growing team and help create clear, consistent, and high-quality documentation.

In this role, you'll collaborate with teams across R&D and Product to produce developer-focused content that truly supports our users. If you're naturally inquisitive and thrive on simplifying complexity, we'd love to meet you.

**Responsibilities**
- Write, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, tutorials, REST API references, SDK docs, and release notes
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and support teams to gather insights, confirm accuracy, and advocate for the user experience
- Validate documentation by testing product features, exploring APIs, and replicating behavior firsthand
- Maintain quality and consistency across all documentation while managing multiple projects simultaneously
**Requirements**:
- Native English speaker or highly proficient in written and spoken English, with exceptional writing and editing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred)
- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, ideally for developer-oriented software products
- "Detective mindset" — comfortable questioning assumptions, validating technical details, and testing things yourself
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, and webhooks, with the ability to explain them clearly
- Skilled at breaking down complex technical concepts into clear, concise, user-friendly content
- Experience using GitHub for version control and collaboration
- Familiarity with Postman or similar tools for testing APIs is a plus
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering consistent, accurate documentation
