OverviewSuperbet is currently looking for a highly skilled, professional Compliance Officer to work in our business operations in accordance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal rules across the jurisdictions/markets where Superbet operates and intends to operate. We are looking for someone who can partner with our team to bring these initiatives to life. ResponsibilitiesReview, obtain, and submit complete game and supplier certifications to the regulator Set up and manage a process for handling and supporting high-risk complaints and escalations Develop and deliver mandatory and role-specific compliance training with scheduled refreshers Develop, update, and monitor corporate policies with a regular review schedule Support regulatory, audit, and similar inspections related to Compliance Support day-to-day internal and external stakeholders on any issues around compliance Identify and evaluate the company’s data processing activities and maintain ROPA (register of processing activities) Be the lead and main contact for compliance-related matters, ensuring clear communication and consistent compliance guidance for internal teams and external stakeholders Assess the impact of regulatory developments on the business, and proactively implement any required changes Qualifications8 - 10 years experience in a similar compliance-based role Good understanding of compliance obligations, requirements and dynamics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts Excellent verbal and written Portuguese and English skills Excellent time-management and organizational skills; detail-oriented and efficient Proactive, curious and self-sufficient, able to work well cross-functionally Solid understanding of what is needed to form critical plans to manage crisis events or compliance violations should they ever occur Knowledge of iGaming, Sportsbook, or Casino is a plus About Superbet GroupSuperbet is a global tech and entertainment company committed to delivering thrilling, technology-driven, sports betting and gaming experiences to millions of customers worldwide.
