Innovative thinking, fluid communication and agile mindset are necessary to handle daily activities. FP&A assures development in Business Acumen, Technical and analytical Capabilities and agility & innovation skills.The Finance Analyst will report to a BUF Regional Office Manager and will have a strong leadership when working with multiple partners across the business.**You will be responsible for**:- Lead all the activities for all cycle forecasts- Perform and present monthly financial reports and related analyses to understand the performance of business versus all forecast cycles.- Monitors and oversight department expense and capital budgeting, tracking, reporting, month end, and quarter close expenses and costs.- Prepares / presents ad hoc analyses and presentations for stakeholders- Provide timely insights & updates to business by bringing Risks & Opportunities analytics on sales and P&L and Cash flow- Perform revenue recognition and cost accounting Analysis,- Support the period closing process**Qualifications and requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Management, Engineering or other related major- Proficiency in Excel and Power Point- 3 to 4 years of Experience in Finance- Communication skills (oral and written)- Proven Experience in FP&A- Nice to have Background with planning / ERP such as TM1, Hyperion, SAP or similar- Advance English**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Management, Engineering or other related major- Proficiency in Excel and Power Point- 3 to 4 years of Experience in Finance- Communication skills (oral and written)- Proven Experience in FP&A- Nice to have Background with planning / ERP such as TM1, Hyperion, SAP or similar- Advance English**Primary Location**Brazil-São Paulo-São Paulo- **Organization**J&J do Brasil Indústria e Comércio de Produtos para Saúde Ltda.
