**What we are looking for**:
Working with cross functional teams in order to implement cost reduction initiatives on the proper time, getting the max benefit to AGCO in the shortest time possible, having a good management of his/her projects as well as Product Cost control.
**What are you going to do**:
- Manage the reductions projects;
- Implement cost reduction initiatives on time, according to budget;
- Control the cost of defined Products, being able to forecast impacts and defining actions to mitigate them;
- Generate of cost reduction news ideas;
- Facilitate weekly meetings and updates records;
- KPI's and reports consolidation.
**What do you need**:
Project management skills Intermediary in English Core Competencies: Team building, Customer Focus, Results Orientation, Driving Change, Functional/Technical Skills
