Job Opportunity in Oral Care

We are seeking a talented and motivated professional to join our team as an Oral Care Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with dental professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for influencing and building long-term relationships with dentists, ensuring the effective recommendation and prescription of our products in their dental offices. They will conduct research, analyze data, and report on their findings, while also being directly responsible for sales of custom and electric toothbrushes, as well as our professional product line.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Visit dentists to detail and sample hygiene products and the professional line.
  • Conduct research and analyze data on dental professionals.
  • Directly responsible for sales of custom and electric toothbrushes, professional product line in the office.
  • Establish relationships with dentists and develop long-term partnerships.
  • Increase demand generation for Colgate products in pharmacies where we have dentists visited by the consultant.
  • Develop strategies to achieve professional prescription rates from dentists in its base and indication of pharmacy discount coupons in partner networks.
  • Visit pharmacies to drive sales of underperforming Colgate products.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing, Administration, Advertising or Dentistry.
  • Desirable experience in commercial activities with a focus on sales, customer service, and generation of demand/prescription of products.
  • Intermediate knowledge in Office Package and Google tools (knowledge in Excel and Google sheets is required).
