This role requires attention to detail and will be responsible for billing, invoice issuance, accounting, and revenue analysis.What You'll DoKey responsibilities of the role include:
Revenue recognition process ensuring that revenue is uploaded into the Unit4 properlyInsure all worked hours and expenses are uploaded into Unit 4 and WIP with the properly ratesUpdate the Wip files with the rates based on the matters information provided by the segments teamIssuance of local e-invoicingEnsure all invoices are sent to the clientsFollow up the collections with the clients and local segmentsAssist intercompany reconciliation processInvoice issuance for intercompany mattersAdjust the matters with write offs, write downs and reserve based on the project informationWIP revision on a monthly basis with the local teams in order to adjust the revenue and wip if necessaryExcellent communication skills to understand the projects reviewing with the local team based on the projects typesHow You'll GrowWe are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and we have developed a range of programs focused on fostering leadership, growth and development opportunities.
