Technical Marketing Automation Specialist We are seeking a skilled Technical Marketing Automation Specialist to take on the challenge of designing and implementing efficient data flow patterns. This role centers around integrating MarTech platforms, including Snowflake, Segment, Braze, and others, to deliver real-time and batch data ingestion strategies. Main Responsibilities: Design and maintain data pipelines between Snowflake, Segment CDP, Braze, and additional platforms. Implement data ingestion strategies, leveraging real-time and batch processing. Manage customer event tracking and identity resolution within Segment. Develop personalized marketing campaigns in Braze using dynamic segmentation and behavioral triggers. Ensure seamless data integration and feedback loops across platforms. Automate data transformations and enrichment using scripting languages. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues. Required Skills and Qualifications: 4 to 6 years of experience in IT environments with a strong focus on MarTech architecture. Familiarity with insurance industry data and customer lifecycle models is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT, Data Science, Software Engineering. Fluency in English.
