Job Description – ETL QA Lead

Job Summary

Client is looking for ETL QA lead consultant


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute ETL testing activities, including data validation, data quality checks, and performance testing.
  • Develop and implement automated ETL testing solutions using BI reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Data Governance team to ensure data quality and consistency throughout the ETL process.
  • Leverage expert-level SQL skills to write complex queries, analyze data, and identify data quality issues.
  • Automate BI reporting processes to streamline data delivery and reduce manual effort.
  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations to improve ETL processes, data quality, and overall system efficiency.
  • Work closely with developers to understand ETL logic and identify opportunities for automation.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of QA experience
  • 3+ years of ETL testing experience
  • Expert level SQL experience
  • Strong BI Automation experience
  • Experience with BI reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Ability to automate reporting processes without using Selenium
  • Strong understanding of SQL comparisons
