Financial Performance Analyst The Financial Performance Analyst will be responsible for overseeing financial aspects of assigned projects. This involves monitoring key metrics such as budget consumption, invoicing, and cash flow. The role requires the analyst to manage vendor contracts, ensure operational compliance, and escalate financial concerns when necessary. Key responsibilities include: Interpreting and investigating financial results for assigned projects. Preparing, reconciling, analyzing, and reporting project KPIs. Reviewing actual and planned resources, flagging discrepancies to Project Managers. Handling project closeout reconciliations and escalating issues as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Required Skills and Qualifications 4 or more years experience working in financial analysis. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. Able to use discretion while dealing with confidential matters. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Project Management Standard and Great Plains system.
