We are seeking a candidate to join our dynamic and agile team as a SAP Plant Maintenance/EAM System Architect. The candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the SAP PM/EAM module, ensuring it meets the needs of our manufacturing plants.

Join the EMIT Department at ExxonMobil Business Support Center Brasil Ltda., located at our Global Business Center (GBC) in Curitiba. With over 21 years of presence in Brazil and approximately 1800 employees, we support a broad portfolio of global businesses. Our offices are in Brazil, USA, Europe, and Asia.

Design and enhance SAP PM/EAM systems to align with business needs and support global operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead complex projects from design to delivery.
• Collaborate across time zones with diverse teams.
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
• Adapt to flexible hours, including occasional late-night calls.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation and support of SAP PM and SAP S/4HANA EAM, including configuration, Fiori Apps, ABAP, SAP SSAM mobile app, RSH, and authorization roles.
• Experience in an Architect role or equivalent technical leadership is required.
• Experience managing complex projects, including gathering business requirements, design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
• Practical experience with plant decommissioning processes and phases.
• Experience in SAP Data Migration using LSMW and Data Migration Cockpit.
• Knowledge of maintenance processes such as Corrective, Preventive, and Predictive maintenance.
• Expertise in data migration tools like LSMW and Data Migration Cockpit.
• Proficiency in English (advanced level).
