**Responsabilidades e atribuições**:
- Monitor and analyse legislative and regulatory developments in Brazil primarily, but also Chile, and Argentina.
- Build and maintain relationships with policymakers, government agencies, and industry associations.
- Leverage governmental relations to facilitate state incentives and subsidies.
- Represent HORSE in forums and associations to advocate for the company’s priorities.
- Coordinate public affairs efforts across the region, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
- Provide updates and strategic advice to the Global Director of Public Affairs on regional opportunities and challenges.
**Requisitos e qualificações**:
- At least 5 years of experience in public affairs, government relations, or related fields (automotive or energy sector experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of Brazil’s legislative processes, regulation and political dynamics; familiarity with Chile and Argentina is a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of governmental processes to access incentive programs, especially in Brazil.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with policymakers and stakeholders.
