This role combines hands‑on data work (SQL, Python, analytics) with clear communication to non‑technical teams. What You’ll Do Build and optimize Tableau dashboards for decision making and create prescriptive insights beyond simple data visualization. Conduct statistical analysis to infer insights for decision‑making through predictive models, causal models, and other analytical techniques. Design and evaluate experiments to ensure our decisions are properly backed by statistics. Build alert systems to identify and react to potential performance problems (input‑process‑output) early on in an automated and smart way. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst. Marketing Analytics experience. Strong knowledge of Statistics. Proficiency in SQL and Python. Experience with Marketing Analytics and BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies. Email Marketing experience (Plus). Account Based Marketing (ABM) experience (Plus). Advanced level of English. Benefits 100% remote work (from anywhere).
