If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.**Job Mission****Scope and influence**The position of Service Developer reports to the Manager of Service Development & Digitalization, under Services and Customer Experience area. Work closely with top management and other organizational levels in diverse areas in Volvo Trucks and Volvo Group.**Opportunity description**Work with projects management asset to develop the Connected Services and improve customer experience in cooperation with the Global and Local service development network team.Based on the Services Roadmap plan, is responsible to align scope, define requirements and the expected business results, anchoring the needs within the commercial organization, dealers, market companies, dealer´s development area, marketing and others related areas.She/he will be also the “focus point” for CSI (Customer Services Intelligence) platform, which is one of the main “services tool” targeting to “prospect” parts and services Sales within the regions. In this role, she/he will be the product owner of this solution, responsible to plan and manage the “RoadMap”, boost the usage on the Markets and Dealers to take the “full potential” and increase sales revenue.**Main Activities**- **Identify and evaluate business opportunities to expand our connected services** into new markets or sectors, as well as new features tools solutions targeting sales of parts and workshop services.- **Define, review, and describe** “**requirements**” of new connected services features.- **Requirement Definition and Prioritization**: Responsible for understanding user and business needs, translating them into clear requirements, and prioritizing them based on their value.- **Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, engineering, and operations**, to ensure effective delivery of services and products, as well as continuously enhance quality.- **As “Product Owner” of CSI tool**:- **Provide training for dealers**, finding and establishing the “best practices” in order to take the full potential from the tool.- **Analyze market trends**, customer requirements, and usage data to adjust strategies, improve service offerings, and identify new business opportunities.- **Stakeholders alignment**: Serves as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring effective and transparent communication about the tool progress.- **Monitor and report on the performance** of business development initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and optimization, both for connected services and sales of parts and workshop services.Recommended Qualifications and Skills- Bachelor’s in engineering, IT, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.- Project Management skills and experience with project team coordination.- Experience with data analysis and preparation, including experience with BI (Business Intelligence)- Experience in communicating analytics insights in a clear & efficient way both verbally, in written text and ppt presentations- Substantial logical problem-solving skills using data driven methods e.g., machine learning- Experience in agile software processes, data-driven development.- Good verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and EnglishWho are we looking for?A talent, who is able to drive strategical project and actions through well-developed people in a collaborative environment.An experienced professional that communicates efficiently in all levels, understand customer needs and look for business opportunities to support the services growth plan with a truly customer centricity mindset.A professional that sees the value on be data-driven oriented, bring the facts and transform data into value information to support the Company decision.A person that knows how to bring an outside-in information in close contact with dealers, area managers, challenging the internal processes to give a premium customer experience within services processes.Bachelor in Engineering, IT, Business Administration and other related areas, fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
