This role owns the proof-fed Ad Factory that delivers “more, better, new” creatives every week. Raw > polished. Volume > perfection. Consistency compounds. What You'll Do Harvest Proof: collect screenshots, testimonials, videos, reviews, and milestones weekly. Build Ads: use AI tools (Chat GPT, Descript, Claude, Opus Clip, Canva AI) to write hooks, edit clips, and assemble 10–50 ad variants/week. Publish Daily: post proof-driven content on FB, IG, YT, Tik Tok, Linked In + send 2 emails/week. Track Performance: monitor creative winners and cost per engaged lead. Success Metrics 10–50 new ad variants / week Daily organic posts across platforms 2 emails / week built from real proof 70 % + of content sourced from actual customer wins You Are A fast executor who loves shipping daily Skilled at short-form editing (Cap Cut / Descript / Opus Clip) Comfortable writing short copy (hooks / CTAs / captions) AI-native — you already use Chat GPT or Claude in your workflow Organized, fluent in English, and hungry to learn Compensation Full-Time $1,500 – $2,200 USD / month $100–$300 bonus for hitting output + ROI goals Stack Chat GPT • Claude • Descript • Opus Clip • Canva • Lumen5 • Cap Cut • Publer • Hub Spot / High Level • Notion • Zapier / Make
