Position Summary We are seeking an SAP HRIS Analyst to join our Global HR – Organization Development team in Limeira, Brazil. In this technical role, you will collaborate with HRIS developers, local HR teams, IT and external consultants to optimize HR systems and processes. You will support system upgrades, data integrity, reporting, and project implementation to ensure effective use of HR technologies across the organization. Key Responsibilities Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions and policy changes. Maintain awareness of current HRIS trends, focusing on product and service development, delivery and support while applying key technologies. Lead and assist with integration initiatives. Provide system solutions and support based on Maxion HR processes. Assist the HR function in HR project implementation. Test and launch regular HRMS process flows related to HR processes. Test and ensure HRMS system upgrades or patches. Ensure system configuration correctness based on user permissions and segregation of duties. Write, maintain and support a variety of reports utilizing HRIS reporting tools and BI programming. Ensure technical development of standard reports and their access security. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation to support system training. Train clients on new processes and functionality. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in IT, Human Resources or related field. Fluent in English. Required Knowledge SQL or similar database programming language. SAP SF configuration and end‑user knowledge (any module) or other HRIS configuration knowledge. Excellent knowledge of reporting software tools. Desirable Skills Knowledge of HR processes. Strong project management and change leadership.
