Support the sales team with technical proposals and solutions for Sagemcom customers.
Develop and assemble demonstrations for the customers.
Respond to RFIs / RFPs bids.
Carry out technical presentations and clarifications for customers.
Be the first level of customer support.
Act as the first level of interface between the customer and R&D / BU.
Provide local support and equipment installation for proof of concept.
Assist in the approval of equipment, both in customer laboratories and for the ANATEL process, when necessary.
