Overview Media Buyer & Ad Operations Success Manager (Remote) at MonetizeMore. We’re focused on using data to tackle IVT (Invalid Traffic) and fraud prevention. We are looking for a Media Buyer & Ad Operations Success Manager who excels in both programmatic/media buying and ad tech operations. This role ensures the success of advertising campaigns by optimizing media investments, managing ad tech infrastructure, and driving performance through data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in media buying (paid social, programmatic, search, or video) and a deep understanding of ad serving, tracking, and campaign troubleshooting. You will bridge media execution and technical ad ops to ensure seamless campaign delivery and maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities Media Buying & Optimization: Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven media buys across platforms (Meta, Google, DSPs, etc.). Manage budgets, bids, and targeting strategies to maximize campaign performance. Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization. Ad Operations & Technical Management: Oversee ad trafficking, tag implementation (Google Tag Manager, pixels, etc.), and QA. Troubleshoot discrepancies in delivery, tracking, or attribution. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable insights. Generate reports and present findings to stakeholders. Ensure alignment between media spend and business objectives. Client & Stakeholder Success: Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams or clients on best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for campaign improvement. What We're Looking For Analytical Thinking – Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with digital advertising tools and platforms like Google Ad Manager, WordPress, GAM 360, traffic acquisition tools, and header bidding solutions Problem-Solving Skills – Resourceful in identifying issues, troubleshooting errors, and finding effective solutions Attention to Detail – Precision in setting up campaigns, implementing ad tags, or managing publisher configurations Communication Skills – Clarity in conveying technical details, results, and strategies to stakeholders Client-Centric Mindset – Focus on understanding client needs and providing personalized solutions Knowledge of Ad Metrics – Understanding of CPM, CPC, CTR, RPM, and ad yield optimization strategies Strategic Thinking – Ability to align short-term actions with long-term goals, including scaling performance Sales Acumen – Skills to pitch ad solutions, negotiate deals, and close partnerships with publishers or advertisers Results-Oriented – Drive to achieve and exceed KPIs and revenue targets Negotiation Skills – Confidence in negotiating with clients, vendors, and partners Resilience – Ability to handle challenges while maintaining motivation Data Visualization – Skills to create clear reports or dashboards to communicate performance and insights AI Fluency – Understanding and practical use of AI tools to enhance productivity and campaign performance If you think you are a good fit to join the MonetizeMore team, please fill out the application and include specific reasons on what sets you apart.
