Position Overview You will be part of an international team, leading the development of 1GLOBAL's entitlement server platform. We are looking for a developer to join the team, working collaboratively to design and implement new services, maintain existing components, and test our applications. We run a multi‑site platform, following strict security requirements, provide the service to customers around the world and manage millions of subscriber profiles. Key Responsibilities Develop high‑impact features and contribute to the architecture design, focusing on resilience, scalability, security, and fault tolerance; Advocate for high code quality, readability, and extensive test coverage; Promote best practices for a high‑traffic web (or mobile) environment; Work with Agile methodology; Identify areas for improvement in the codebase and promote these improvements through seamless integrations, documenting solutions and new workflows; Mentor junior team members when necessary and contribute to meaningful code reviews. Requirements 2+ years of experience in software development (primarily with Golang); Experience with unit, integration, and E2E testing (test‑driven development is a plus); Proficiency with REST APIs, both in implementing and consuming interfaces; Familiarity with relational databases, CI/CD workflows, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes; Familiarity with development tools and processes; Understanding of cloud services and scalable infrastructure; Excellent communication skills (fluent in English, both written and spoken), with an autonomous and motivated mindset.
