And as part of one of the largest and most diverse healthcare companies in the world, our brands leverage the company’s world-class research tools and scientific prowess to provide consumers across the globe with innovative consumer medicines, skin, baby, and essential health solutions.You deserve to work in a place where you feel well and welcome.**We are searching the best talent for Sr Finance Analyst to be in Sao Paulo****Purpose**: This position will play a key role as Finance Business Partner to support brands, ensuring tracking of results versus defined targets, working every day together with senior sales leaders in the company, establishing an agenda of continuous monitoring of risks/opportunities and participating on strategic brand discussions.On top of that, it is expected that the analyst being involved, and leading multidisciplinary projects.**You will be responsible for**:- Coordinate closing, bringing business insight through analysis with focus on Gross, NTS and GP but availability to proactively manage other lines (CNIS, BME, BS etc.).- Providing accurate and timely financial support on annual business plan;- Financial support on innovation process;- Drive decision making for a more profitable approach and ensure that compliance guidance is followed- Providing accurate and timely financial support on portfolio discussion;- Responsible for influencing the financial results of brands, being part of a Squad (multifunctional team), with marketing immersion experiencing discussions like brand positioning, price positioning, understanding of competition and market behavior- Drive value mentality for investments in brands, updating and interpreting available data to guide the best business decisions- Work as a transformation agent within the Finance structure, developing and leading new capabilities/tools for the team**Qualifications and requirements**:- Good analytical skills:- Relevant Previous Experience in Finance is required.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence top management- Strong agility and innovation mentality- Ability to deal with organizational complexity and work with diversified teams- Microsoft Office advanced**Qualifications** Qualifications and requirements**:- Good analytical skills:- Relevant Previous Experience in Finance is required.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence top management- Strong agility and innovation mentality- Ability to deal with organizational complexity and work with diversified teams- Microsoft Office advanced**Primary Location**Brazil-São Paulo-São Paulo- **Organization**J&J do Brasil Indústria e Comércio de Produtos para Saúde Ltda.
