As a result, our people get to work on some of the most exciting projects in the world._**Job Description**:The Finance intern will help Finance team across Brazil and will report directly to our Accounting & Financial Manager- Track supplier invoices and analysis for release in internal controls.- Assistance in the accounts payable process - including payments, follow-up, printing receipts and sending documentation to accounting.- Assistance in the billing process and issuing invoices.- Follow-up of the accounts receivable process to identify delays and proceed with the collection process.- Supplier Registration.- To carry out all financial administration processes, monitoring deadlines and organizing documents.**Qualifications**:- Currently studying Finance, Accountant Degree- Confident individual with good interpersonal skills, able to deal with people at all levels and communicate clearly- Ability to priorities tasks and strong organizational skills- Confortable using Excel- Must be comfortable with working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment- Fluent EnglishAdditional Information- Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
