Overview Email Marketer - LATAM (Braze Experience) GrowthAssistant is on the lookout for a skilled Email Marketer with Braze expertise to power up campaigns for one of our biggest U.S.-based clients in the on-demand delivery and technology industry You’ll be the driving force behind compelling, data-driven email automations that help brands grow smarter and faster. If you love optimizing workflows, digging into performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional creatives—all while working from the comfort of your home—this role is for you. Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-home $25 monthly perfect attendance bonus Performance bonus Anniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years) Paid Time Off: 7 holiday PTO days/year 6 regular PTO days/year What You’ll Do Build and manage email drip campaigns and automations in Braze Execute A/B tests and optimize creative and copy for performance Conduct QA checks for deliverability, technical setup, and audience targeting Support weekly reporting via dashboards and performance tools Collaborate with Strategy, Ops, Brand & Creative teams to bring campaigns to life Use Figma to document updates and coordinate feedback via Slack Task Breakdown 60% Campaign Building 20% QA & Testing 20% Project Management What We’re Looking For 3+ years of hands-on experience with CRM/email marketing tools Proven experience using Braze (regular use for 1+ year or several launched campaigns) Expertise in end-to-end campaign management and automation flows 1+ year of project management experience in a marketing team Excellent communication skills and comfort using Slack Availability to work during U.S. business hours Nice to Have Experience with Iterable Familiarity with Tableau Basic knowledge of HTML and APIs 1+ year using Figma for project coordination (or willingness to learn) Analyze campaign results and provide performance-boosting recommendations Spot trends and report across email initiatives Present insights and next steps to clients with clarity and confidence Why You’ll Love Working Here At GrowthAssistant, you’ll collaborate with a diverse, talented team, sharpen your skills with global clients, and make an impact in your career.
