Data Importation and Migration Team Leader

As **Team Leader of the Data Migration Department**, you will play a crucial role in the company's operations, being responsible for leading and developing the Data Migration Team. The role will **focus on KPI analysis, creating tactical and operational plans, and constantly seeking improvements and efficiency opportunities**. It also involves collecting and analyzing feedback from the major stakeholders (Customer Success, Customer Care, Data Quality) to identify trends and areas for enhancement, always aligning local team practices with global standards.
Main responsabilities:
- Managing a team of 5 persons;
- Being referral person for both Global & Local Structure regarding data migration;
- Providing support to your team and clients by resolving data-import related issues and offering assistance through designated communication channels;
- Identifying business challenges and developing innovative solutions, including script development, to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the import team's productivity;
- Ensuring data security and confidentiality by implementing strict data security practices and policies within the team;
- Contributing to the development of detailed internal documentation related to import processes.
**Qualifications**
- Completed Higher Education (Data Processing, IT-related fields and programming);
- Good English Knowledge
- Proven experience on leading a team
- Basic Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R;
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills;
- Analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems
- Sense of urgency to effectively address critical issues.
