What you'll do As an IT Specialist, you will be the technical authority for our team, guaranteeing the stability, security, and efficiency of our entire environment and processes. Responsibilities Act as the go-to expert and escalation point for our ~400 users, resolving complex Tier 2 / 3 technical challenges across hardware, software, and networks. Own and manage our IT infrastructure, including networking (LAN / WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN), servers, and telecommunications. Administer our Google Workspace environment in partnership with the IAM team to ensure seamless productivity and security. Master our mixed-OS environment, providing expert-level support for both Windows and macOS systems. Implement and enforce IT security policies and best practices, managing endpoint security (EDR), firewalls, and data backup and recovery systems. Oversee the full lifecycle of our IT assets, from procurement and vendor management to deployment and tracking. Lead small to medium-sized IT projects, develop comprehensive documentation, and mentor the IT analysts to foster their growth. Requirements Experience: 5+ years in an IT support or systems administration role, supporting an environment of 200+ users. Technical Skills Expert-level proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows, Azure AD, and Apple macOS Proven experience as a Google Workspace administrator Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN) Hands‑on experience with endpoint security, firewalls, and data backup solutions Fluency in English Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Professional certifications such as Google Workspace Administrator, Fortinet NSE, ITIL, etc. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation Experience with MDM solutions (e.g., JumpCloud, Jamf, Microsoft Intune) Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure Benefits Competitive salary and stock options Optional fully funded English / Spanish courses 30 days of paid annual leave Education and courses stipend Employee Giving: Earn a trip anywhere in the world every 4 years Up to R$ / mo for meals and remote work allowance Health plan with national coverage and without coparticipation Dental Insurance: we help you with dental treatment for a better quality of life Gympass and Sports Incentive: R$300 / mo extra if you practice activities #J- #J-18808-Ljbffr
