Training Coordinator Position About Our Training Team Our company is a leading training organization that offers comprehensive development programs for the global industry. With a strong presence in over 40 nations, we deliver training and development solutions to individuals, enterprises, and institutions worldwide. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Training Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be part of our Operations team, supporting NIIT's customers in Frankfurt. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and possess a customer-centric approach. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating training sessions, managing requests, and organizing events according to trainees' expectations and availability. Additionally, they will calibrate and coordinate with our Indian team for any changes or updates in the training event/program. Responsibilities: Analyze training needs provided by clients and determine the number of sessions needed to train the overall number of trainees. Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation where required. Organize training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability and ensure their proper execution. Calibrate and coordinate with the Indian team for any changes/updates in the training event/program. Support completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoice if required. Follow and ensure adherence to the workflow and processes using the CRM tool. Ensure Learner Support Level 2. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations. Exposure to an international work environment. High-level understanding of the training landscape. Candidate must have a customer service-oriented posture. Team player. Ability to communicate clearly and concise thoughts. Attention to detail, structured and organized, capable of prioritizing activities. Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM. Knowledge of Cornerstone or any other LMS is an added advantage. Fluent in English is a mandatory requirement. Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint. Nature of Job This job involves working closely and in partnership with the customer's learning delivery team. You will support the completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoice if required. You will also follow and ensure adherence to the workflow and processes using the CRM tool. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Coordinate training sessions successfully. Manage requests effectively. Ensure timely execution of training events. Monitor and report on KPIs related to training delivery. Skills and Qualifications Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, and have a customer-centric approach. They should also have a high-level understanding of the training landscape and knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM system. Language Skills English is a mandatory requirement for this position.
