Mobile Application Development Expertise At our organization, we are actively seeking a seasoned mobile application development expert to spearhead the architecture, development, and evolution of our mobile applications. This talented individual will collaborate closely with design, product, and backend teams to deliver high-impact features and ensure seamless performance across platforms. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Flutter and/or React Native, as well as proficiency in Node.js, Nest.js, MongoDB, Mongoose, React, Angular, GCP, AWS, and GitHub Actions (CI/CD). Key Requirements A strong foundation in software development is essential, with at least 7 years of experience. Additionally, the candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in mobile app development. Strong leadership, mentoring, and project ownership skills are required to drive projects from conception to production. Desirable Skills and Qualities Deep expertise in Flutter and/or React Native is highly valued. The ability to drive innovation and think creatively is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment are crucial. Strong product intuition and user-centric thinking are also highly desirable. This role requires an individual who can make a significant impact, contribute at a high level, and help us scale with quality and clarity.
