Financial Crime Prevention Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Crime Prevention Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Financing of Terrorism (CFT) policies and procedures aligned with Brazilian regulatory requirements and global best practices. Our ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations, including COAF, Central Bank of Brazil, and CVM guidelines, as well as FATF standards. They will possess excellent analytical skills, professional integrity, and fluency in Portuguese and English. The successful candidate will also have senior-level experience in AML/CFT compliance in financial, fintech, or VASP sectors, with a proven ability to operate independently as part of the second line of defense. Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain AML/CFT policies and procedures. Conduct customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence reviews. Support ongoing transaction monitoring, screening, and investigation of suspicious activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or related field; postgraduate or certification preferred. Minimum 7 years of senior-level experience in AML/CFT compliance. Strong understanding of COAF, Central Bank of Brazil, and CVM regulations, as well as FATF standards. Proficient in KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring, and suspicious activity reporting.
