As a Manager at Allata, you'll play a pivotal role in driving client success by managing projects, leading teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will use your expertise to evaluate and implement strategic frameworks, guide project execution, and create strong relationships with clients while embodying Allata's core values. Your leadership will extend to developing team members, promoting collaboration, and actively managing project profitability in alignment with the company's objectives
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-impact solutions for clients
• Evaluate and select frameworks to solve business and technology problems on projects
• Provide clear, transparent, and accurate estimates for project-level assignments
• Generate and adjust plans for projects, ensuring timely completion of assignments
• Manage issue and risk identification/resolution processes to mitigate potential project challenges
• Drive meeting outcomes through effective preparation, execution, and follow-through
• Develop trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project leadership
• Actively manage project profitability and adherence to Allata's policies and systems
• Coach team members to enhance their professional growth and performance
• Participate and lead internal initiatives to support company growth and innovation
  
  

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams
• Strong ability to evaluate, select, and implement technology and business frameworks
• Proficiency in providing accurate project estimates and managing budgets
• Experience in risk management and implementing mitigation strategies
• Expertise in client relationship management and business networking
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities
• Knowledge of Azure cloud development
