We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.**What you’ll do**As a UX Designer you will be part of our multi-disciplinary design team that includes other user experience designers, user researchers, content designers and user assistance.In your day-to-day, you will:- Work with other User Experience Designers and User Researchers covering the entire product design lifecycle, including user research, concepts designs leading to high-fidelity interactive prototypes, and validating designs with customers/ end users.- Work closely with colleagues from development, product management, customers and partners to deliver engaging experiences for SAP PTX Data and Analytics products.- Act as an advocate of the end users.- Have a passion for problem solving and will always push for better, faster, simpler, more engaging solutions to complex business processes and technical challenges.- Pay close attention to emerging trends in technology landscape and explore every opportunity to push the boundaries to strive for innovation, while ensuring a harmonized experience for end users.- Be self-motivated and believe in teamwork and cross collaboration.- Mentor interns on various aspects of design**What you bring**You are able to work hybrid from our Sao Leopoldo office three days a week.- Degree (Bachelor’s, Diploma, Master’s) in Design from a reputed design institute preferred.- Experience designing business solutions with a focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning, is a plus.- Deep knowledge of design and prototyping tools, like Figma, etc.- Keen eye for detail, critical thinking and an open mind to receive and provide feedback.- Very good oral and written communication skills in English.**Meet your team**:SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is a global team with members in various countries, serving hundreds of thousands of customers around the world.
