If you're passionate about behavioral design and love building creative user loops, this is your arena.What You’ll Be DoingCreative Mechanic Development Design addictive engagement mechanics likespin-the-wheel ,mission-based challenges , andgroup order incentives . Drive higher session times and conversions through gameplay-inspired features that reward user action.Gamification System Engineering Build dynamic“order → earn → redeem” loops , incorporatingbadges, points, and progress bars . Use behavioral triggers to encourage repeat actions and deepen user loyalty.⚙️ Real-Time Experience Optimization Leverage heatmaps and engagement data toadjust reward probabilities, triggers, and timing . Continuously balanceROI with user delightin real-time.Social Virality Design Create scalable viral loops throughshare-to-unlockmechanisms (e.g., split red packets, gift orders, free meal invites). Enablecost-efficient user acquisitionthrough user-driven sharing.✅ What We’re Looking ForIndustry Experience Proven background inuser growth, gamification, or product operations , ideally withinfood delivery or O2Oecosystems.Technical & Creative Skills Hands-on experience withmini-game platformslikeWeChat Mini Programs ,ZEGO , or similar frameworks. Applied knowledge ofbehavioral economicsconcepts such asloss aversion ,variable rewards , andinstant gratification .Data-Driven Thinking Ability to build and analyzeengagement funnelsto optimizeCAC vs. LTVperformance. Strong command ofmultivariate testing ,cohort analysis , andattribution modeling .Bonus Points Experience launching seasonal or event-based gamified campaigns (e.g., holidays, sports, cultural moments). Passion for turning numbers into fun, sticky user experiences.
