Estamos buscando um Analista de Marketing de Produto (PMA) para atuar na performance do ERP, trabalhando de forma estratégica e colaborativa com as áreas de Inteligência competitiva, Marketing, Produto, UX, Geração de demanda, Comercial, entre outras. O principal desafio será atuar de forma multifuncional, impulsionando os resultados da área por meio do acompanhamento contínuo de indicadores de desempenho e da execução de estratégias de go-to-market para novas ofertas.

Suas Responsabilidades:
  1. Analisar o mercado para entender o público-alvo, concorrência e tendências, gerando insights valiosos para direcionar as estratégias.
  2. Desenvolver uma comunicação clara e persuasiva que destaque os benefícios do produto e o diferencial no mercado.
  3. Colaborar com o time de Produto para entender profundamente as funcionalidades, vantagens e limitações do ERP e traduzir em propostas de valor para os clientes.
  4. Planejar e coordenar lançamentos, alinhando marketing, comunicação e vendas para maximizar o impacto.
  5. Capacitar o time de vendas e Geração de Demandas.
  6. Criar e atualizar Sales Kits.
  7. Monitorar métricas e feedbacks.
PROCURAMOS POR UMA PESSOA QUE:
  1. Tenha superior completo ou em andamento em Marketing, Gestão de produtos, Comunicação ou áreas afins.
  2. Tenha experiência com estratégias de produto e planejamento de marketing.
  3. Possua experiência na criação, análise e acompanhamento de métricas de marketing e vendas.
  4. Possua conhecimento em metodologias ágeis e frameworks de desenvolvimento de produto.
  5. Tenha formação em Product Marketing pela PM3, Tera ou PMA.
  6. Tenha vivência com ERP - Área de compliance, Manufatura, Indústria, varejo e Serviços.
  7. Tenha vivência com Notion e Ekyte.
