Financial Expertise Wanted We're seeking a highly skilled financial professional to join our team as a key contributor in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and headcount analysis across products. Lead financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and headcount analysis using advanced Excel skills. Perform headcount reconciliation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Manage department expenses, including PO approval and tracking, with accountability to deadlines. Build and maintain complex financial models, utilizing intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Populate dashboards and KPI tools for data-driven decision-making, analyzing performance trends and drivers. Monitor KPIs and analyze performance trends and drivers, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Participate in monthly and quarterly close, preparing entries and reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with global standards. Support global forecasting and budgeting for headcount and operational expenses, maintaining confidentiality with sensitive financial data. Conduct monthly variance analysis to ensure expenses are planned and justified, identifying areas for improvement. Prepare financial reporting for business partners, including monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports, and automate manual reports in Excel and Hyperion. Provide general support for ad-hoc projects and reporting requests, collaborating closely with Product Management and Engineering teams. Operate independently in a remote environment with proactive communication, maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and models. Headcount Management: Analyze and manage headcount, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with company policies. Expense Management: Oversee department expenses, including PO approval and tracking, ensuring timely payment and adherence to company procedures. Reporting & Dashboards: Design and populate dashboards and KPI tools for data-driven decision-making, analyzing performance trends and drivers. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with global standards and regulations, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
