Together, we can create new business opportunities and a more sustainable future that we can all be proud of.**Want to join the ride?**We are looking for a **Maintenance Planner **to join our dynamic, fast-paced Agreement Delivery Maintenance Management Team and the preferred location is **Rio de Janeiro/RJ, Brazil**. This position is to support Agreements in the AMER south region reporting to the Maintenance Management Team in the FTL Expertise Center.**What will you be doing**In this position you will be planning Maintenance activities for the agreements you support. As a Maintenance Planner, you will prepare maintenance plans, plan and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and overhauls as well as maintaining good communication with Contract Managers and customers.This position requires willing to travel (around 15% of annual workload).**PLEASE SUBMIT CV IN ENGLISH.****As a Maintenance Planner, you will focus on these responsibilities**:- Create contract lifetime maintenance plan- Update annual and detailed maintenance plans for the assigned contracts and prepare input for annual financial maintenance planning.- Proactively seek for performance improvement possibilities and ensure operational and technical improvements are proposed.- Create the sales opportunities in CRM, or if part of contract, in maintenance management tool.- Act timely that the availability required spare parts, exchange parts, field service resources and required maintenance tools for maintenance tasks are at installation as per maintenance plan.- Monitor site spare part inventory if applicable- Monitor that the maintenance tasks are executed within the targeted time, and the Wärtsilä Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Guidelines are followed as well as Customer Site Procedures.- Building and maintaining good communication with contract managers and customers external providers and other stakeholders- Ensure maintenance plans are executed according to time schedule and work scope**To be successful in this role, we expect you to have/be**:- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical / Productional engineering- Experience with marine diesel engines- Basic knowledge and understanding of engine functionality- Knowledge about Operations & Maintenance of Marine engine- Maintenance Management knowhow- Marine field service experience- Maximo knowledge will be a plus- Contract business understanding- Fluent in written and spoken English- Spanish will be a plus**Skills**:- Good presentation- Structured and planned way of working- Good co-operation, teamwork, and communication skills- Focused and Can-Do attitude**Why you and why us?**This position offers a concrete possibility to contribute to the transition towards a 100% renewable energy future.
