The ideal scenario to expand ideas through the right tools, contributing to our success in a collaborative environment.We are looking for a Project Integration Specialist - Brazil , who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract.In this role you will:The Project Integration Specialist is responsible for overseeing the integration and coordination of various IT projects within the organization, ensuring that all components of the projects are aligned, executed efficiently, and meet the company's strategic objectives. This professional acts as a technical leader, advisor and mentor, ensuring the cohesion and success of integration projects.Main Responsibilities:Leadership and Technical Consulting: Acting as a technical lead to ensure that project implementations are aligned with architectural design, guiding cross-functional teams, and fostering communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.End-to-End Solution Design: Develop and implement comprehensive integration plans for IT projects. Assess the compatibility and interoperability of different systems and technologies through thorough testing and evaluation.Project and Resource Management: Plan and manage the timelines and deliverables of integration projects. Allocate and manage resources effectively, including budgeting and staffing. Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.Technology Selection and Validation: Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies for new integration projects to determine the best approach and resources needed. Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends.Risk Management: Identify and resolve integration issues and technical challenges through troubleshooting and collaboration with technical teams. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the integration process.Documentation and Continuous Improvement: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including integration plans, status reports, and risk assessments. Drive continuous improvement in integration processes and methodologies by analyzing project results and implementing feedback.Essential Requirements (Hard Skills):Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management , integration, or related field.Systems Integration: Experience with a variety of integration tools and platforms (e.g., middleware, APIs) to facilitate the integration of projects, configuring and maintaining them. Experience in designing integrations between data systems and other enterprise platforms (e.g., ERPs such as SAP, CRMs).Architecture: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and software development. Experience with software architecture design, including microservices, SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture), and cloud-based architectures.Systems and Tools: Use of integration tools and platforms. Implementation and management of systems to track and report metrics of integration projects, including the configuration of dashboards and monitoring tools.Languages: Advanced English and/or French.Soft Skills:Communication and Influence: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to varied audiences (technical, executive, business). Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and foster a collaborative environment.Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to lead by example, working with cross-functional teams and building consensus among stakeholders.Strategic Vision: Ability to think "in the big picture", aligning technological decisions with the company's long-term objectives.Problem Solving: Proactive and analytical profile, engaged in identifying and solving complex challenges.Organization and Focus: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and results-focused environment.Differentials (Nice to Have):Education: Master's degree in a related field.Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or other relevant certifications. Certifications in cloud architecture (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).Technologies: Experience with cloud computing and data integration. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Expected Skills:Ensure that the needs of the business are aligned with the architectural vision.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.Ensure scalability/performance, security, and quality standards.Identify opportunities for improvement in development processes and existing architecture.Analyze the technological environment and seek possibilities for improvement and standardization in line with strategic planning.Present to stakeholders how the architecture options will meet their needs.>>>>>What do we offer?
