The successful candidates will form part of the multidisciplinary team ensuring that all our patients receive comprehensive quality nursing care. Critical Outputs Service excellence orientated and ensuring a caring ethos. Professional commitment and active participation in in-service programmes. Sharing of experience, skills and knowledge on nursing care according to scope of practice. Displaying leadership, self-regulation, self-motivation and self-control. Practicing effective and efficient stock control and asset management. Quality care delivery. Legal record keeping on all patient care interventions. Demonstrate and enhance a team spirit towards sustained care excellence. Motivate team members to display discretion and initiative. Demonstrate assertiveness and fair interpersonal relations. Requirements Registered with the South African Nursing Council as Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary. Nursing experience in the private health sector. Be able to work as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal relation skills.
