As an AI Engineer , you will lead end-to-end architectures across retrieval (RAG), agents, and evaluation; drive reliability, cost, and security; and partner with Product and Engineering to deliver measurable impact at scale. Experience balancing rapid experimentation with operational excellence in cloud environments is essential. How your day-to-day work will look like: ✅ Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered and distributed systems. ✅ Deploy, operate, and monitor AI/ML and GenAI models in production environments. ✅ Contribute to system architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability. ✅ Implement best practices for security, observability, and evaluation of AI systems. ✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions. ✅ Optimize retrieval and inference pipelines to improve efficiency and accuracy. ✅ Stay current with emerging AI frameworks, tools, and methodologies to enhance solution design. This would make you the ideal candidate: ✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ✨ +5 Years of experience working as an AI Engineer. ✨ Experience working with Agentic AI. ✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients.
