As a Pricing and Deal Desk Analyst, you will have the opportunity to:

• Strategic Thinking: Develop strategic, analytical, and creative approaches for revenue generation aligned with VTEX objectives.
• Pricing Optimization: Conduct continuous analyses to refine VTEX product pricing models, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
• Commercial Support: Collaborate with commercial teams, providing analytical support, insights, and data-driven decisions to enhance profitability in negotiations.
• Price Management: Design and implement price management processes, considering both strategic and day-to-day operational aspects, as well as governance and business rules.
• Monitoring and Optimization: Closely monitor product development, proposing price optimizations to maximize performance.
• Project Leadership: Lead projects related to new pricing models for the company\'s key revenue stream.
• Technical Expertise: Apply solid knowledge of the platform architecture into pricing strategies, revenue metrics, and negotiation, combined with pricing optimization initiatives to refine VTEX product pricing models, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.

• Develop strategic, analytical, and creative approaches for revenue generation aligned with VTEX objectives.
• Refine VTEX product pricing models through continuous pricing analyses to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Provide analytical support, insights, and data-driven decisions to commercial teams to enhance profitability in negotiations.
• Design and implement price management processes with governance and business rules.
• Monitor product development and propose price optimizations to maximize performance.
• Lead projects related to new pricing models for the company\'s key revenue streams.
• Apply knowledge of VTEX platform architecture to pricing strategies, revenue metrics, and negotiation efforts.

• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
• Analytical and systemic thinking.
• Interest and ease in learning new tools and concepts.
• Organization and self-motivation.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• At least 3 years of experience in the field.
