Develop and manage suppliers and vendors in order to put up great events, always with special focus on bringing the brand closer to the community and fans.RESPONSIBILITIES**Areas that play to your strengths**:All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:Expand all- FIELD MARKETING EXECUTIONS- Support in planning strategies for field marketing and event car activations- Responsible for the execution of activations in contact with the suppliers, partners and community- Matchdays: support in planning and responsible for the execution of marketing activities during the games with special focus in our event car, ensuring alignment with the Red Bull brand guidance- MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM- Support in the service within the project of membership program, whether in activations or in the direct relationship between the partner agency and our suppliers- BRAND MARKETING- Support in the relationship between Red Bull Soccer and Red Bull Beverage to align Brand Marketing initiatives and activations involving other departments within the company- Responsible for contacting the strategic partner for customization of branded kits and the Operations Team for receiving and distributing materials among all the club.- FINANCE- Responsible for the control and receipt of invoices, directing them to the financial department, to make sure all payments are done on time, ensuring that the project is within the budget available and the creation and relationship with a pool of suppliers.EXPERIENCE**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:that matter most for this role:- Experience in events execution and suppliers coordination- Experience with customer service- CNH category B- Sports lover, responsible, creative, innovative, open-minded, self-conscious, motivated, hands-on profile, friendly, loyal, communicative, interested in working with people, stress-resistant, calm.- Ensure alignment on event production and budget control. Attention to details and always push the level on planning and execution projects- Computer literacy and technical understanding of Word, Excel and Power Point. Visual programming knowledge is also welcome.- University Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related- Advanced English- Travel 10%
